Delivery information

Most product orders are dispatched directly from the supplier to the customer using DPD tracked delivery. We aim for next-working-day delivery where stock, dispatch cut-off and courier availability allow, but customers should allow 1–2 working days.

How delivery works

Most catalogue orders are dispatched directly from the supplier to the customer using DPD tracked delivery. This keeps the process faster, safer and cleaner because the product does not need to be handled twice.

Delivery times

We aim for next-working-day delivery where supplier stock, dispatch cut-off times and DPD availability allow. Please allow 1–2 working days for delivery, especially for orders placed later in the day.

Tracking and security

DPD tracked delivery is used where available, giving customers clear delivery updates and a safer delivery route than untracked post. Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

Before ordering

If you are unsure whether a component, cable, charger, upgrade or accessory is correct for your setup, contact H&C CompuTech before ordering. A quick check is better than ordering the wrong part.

Damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product before disposing of anything, then contact H&C CompuTech as soon as possible with your order number.
