Please contact H&C CompuTech before returning any item. Supplier-sourced products need the correct return route, and sending something back without agreement can slow the process down.
Keep everything together
Where possible, keep the original packaging, accessories, manuals, serial labels and delivery paperwork. Returned goods may need to be checked by the supplier or manufacturer.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If an item appears faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, contact us with your order number, photos where relevant and a clear description of the problem.
Condition matters
Returned products should be handled carefully. Items damaged through misuse, poor fitting, liquid damage, modification or accidental damage may not qualify for refund or replacement.
Your rights
This guidance does not affect your statutory rights. It exists to make returns practical, traceable and fair for both the customer and H&C CompuTech.
