These terms explain the basic rules for using H&C CompuTech, placing orders, asking for support and buying technology products through the website.
Customer terms
- Product descriptions, prices and availability can change and should be checked before purchase.
- Computer parts and upgrades depend on compatibility. Ask support before ordering if you are unsure.
- Orders are processed through WooCommerce. Payment, delivery, cancellation and return handling will follow the checkout, supplier and product information shown at the time of purchase.
- Warranty support depends on the product type, manufacturer terms and supplier arrangement.
- Repair and custom PC work may require diagnosis before a final recommendation or price can be confirmed.

Before buying components
Do not guess compatibility. Motherboards, processors, memory, graphics cards, power supplies, cases and cooling all have fit and power requirements. Ask first if you are not fully sure.
