Overview

The POWERCOLOR Reaper Radeon RX 9070 (RX9070 16G-A) is a mid‑to‑high‑range RDNA 4 GPU offering 16GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256‑bit bus. With 3,584 stream processors and boost clocks up to 2,520MHz, the card targets high‑refresh 1440p gameplay and capable 4K performance while supporting AMD features such as HYPR‑RX and FidelityFX upscaling.

Cooling and build

Reaper uses a robust triple‑fan cooler with Japanese dual‑ball bearings, a copper direct‑touch base and Honeywell PTM7950 phase‑change thermal material to improve heat transfer. Fans are semi‑passive (idle stop below ~50°C, spin from ~60°C) for quieter operation at light loads.
